Solera National Bank Hires Rodney Chavez, VP, Business Banking


LAKEWOOD, Colo., Sept. 6, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Solera National Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB:SLRK), the holding company for Solera National Bank, today announced that Rodney D. Chavez has joined Solera National Bank as the Bank's Vice President of Business Banking, effective August 29, 2011.

Chavez is an 18-year veteran in business development and origination of commercial loans with U.S. Bank, PNC Bank, Wachovia and GE Capital. Chavez will be responsible for developing new business in the Denver Metro area and Colorado. Solera National Bank offers a full spectrum of commercial loans which includes SBA 504, 7(a), CRE, C&I and consumer lending.
