Wall Street Communications Announces Spin-Out of Pro A/V and Home Theater Practice Into InGear PR

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - Sep 7, 2011) - Wall Street Communications today announced that it is spinning out its professional A/V, custom installation, and consumer electronics practice as a separate agency that will do business under the name InGear PR.

"We set up Wall Street Communications as a boutique shop with a fundamental principle that we would provide very personal service while being specialized and highly focused on certain core industries," said Caryn Cohen, president of Wall Street Communications. "But when you reach a client count approaching 50, there's the danger of losing that personal touch. For us, the natural split is to keep our broadcast equipment business in Wall Street, and spin out a new agency focused on pro A/V and entertainment technology companies. Our clients who operate in both areas will still have access to all the expertise they require."

The new agency's president is Veronica Esbona, who has headed up the pro A/V and home theater practice of Wall Street Communications since 2008. The initial client roster for InGear will include Atlona Technologies, BTX Technologies, Guifx, Haivision, Panamax/Furman/LiteTouch, Pro Control, Remote Technologies Inc. (RTI), Revolabs Inc., Vidabox, Wowza Media Systems, and X2O Media.

Esbona is a PR veteran with more than 12 years of experience developing and implementing strategic integrated marketing communications campaigns for a variety of clients, from high-end luxury brands to startups.

"As director of home entertainment and pro A/V for Wall Street Communications for the past three years, I've been committed to providing value to clients and to working closely with manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders," Esbona said. "Wall Street has always aspired to be the gold standard of PR for the industries it serves and InGear will be setting the same goal for itself in our target markets."
