***Adjustment of today's release***

On September 05, 2011, LBBW Spezialprodukte-Holding GmbH, Stuttgart,
Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG in
conjunction with Article 24 of the WphG that via shares its Voting Rights
on Dürr Aktiengesellschaft, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 5% and 3% thresholds of the Voting Rights on September 05, 2011
and on that day amounted to 0.00% (this corresponds to none Voting Rights).

At the same time, Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG in conjunction with
Article 24 of the WphG that via shares its Voting Rights on Dürr
Aktiengesellschaft, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
and 5% thresholds of the Voting Rights on September 05, 2011 and on that
day amounted to 5.0001% (this corresponds to 865,045 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, the
Voting Rights are to be attributed completely to Süd Beteiligungen GmbH.

The Voting Rights, which are attributed to the Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, are
hold by Süd-Kapitalbeteiligungs-Gesellschaft mbH, Stuttgart, Germany; a
company controlled by the Süd Beteiligungen GmbH and with Voting Rights on
Dürr Aktiengesellschaft of more than 3%.
