thus is complete again and constitutes a quorum. The Supervisory Board
convened and constituted itself today, electing Mr. Edward L. Shapiro its

The Supervisory Board of the world market leader in inflight entertainment
has thus been enhanced by two experienced managers and renowned experts in

Mr. Edward L. Shapiro, MBA (Master of Business Administration) and CFA
(Chartered Financial Analyst), is Vice President of PAR Capital Management
Inc., Boston, USA, and has been a Portfolio Manager specializing in media,

(NASDAQ: WWWW). Prior to joining PAR Capital, Mr. Shapiro was a research
analyst and Vice President of Wellington Management Company LLP in Boston
from 1990 to 1997. Mr. Shapiro earned his MBA from the Anderson School of
Business at UCLA and his BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Jean-Yves Leblanc, MBA (Master of Business Administration), has been a
Director of a number of international companies since 2004. Mr. Leblanc
has served on the Board of Kéolis SA, Paris, France, a large private
operator of public transportation systems worldwide with more than 40,000
employees since 2007, and on the Board of Transat AT, Montréal, Canada, one
of the largest travel tour operators in the world since 2008. From 2001 to
2004, Mr. Leblanc was the Chairman of the Board of Bombardier
Transportation (30,000 employees in 25 countries, with a major presence in
Germany), and from 1986 to 2001, he served as Bombardier's President and
Chief Operating Officer (COO). Before that, Mr. Leblanc was executive
director of two large companies in Québec, Canada.

Says the new CEO/Chairman of the Executive Management Board, Louis
Bélanger-Martin: 'I am extremely pleased that we were able to recruit both
Mr. Shapiro in his capacity as representative of our new anchor investor,
PAR Investment Partners L.P., and Mr. Leblanc for the Supervisory Board.
Both gentlemen have extensive industry-specific expertise and enormous
