Copenhagen, 2011-09-08 14:08 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today a final hearing in the challenge proceedings filed by TPSA in the DPTG/TPSA case was held in the Commercial Court (Handelsgericht) in Vienna, Austria. The Commercial Court announced that they will endeavor to deliver a final decision in the case within two months from today.
