Munich, September 9, 2011 - Advanced Inflight Alliance AG (ISIN
DE0001262186, WKN 126218, located at: Schellingstr. 35, 80799 Munich) today
received the notification that one of its subsidiaries will not continue to
service one of its bigger customers after December 31, 2011. The respective
customer is in a merger transaction and in this situation of change decided
to replace the service provider for inflight entertainment. This client
will contribute an estimated 8 per cent of the consolidated Group revenues
in 2011. Advanced Inflight Alliance Group in 2011 did so far renew the
contracts with more than 12 customers and is optimistic to win additional
customers in course of upcoming and running tenders in the next months. In
addition the company is initiating measures to mitigate the impact on
profitability resulting out of the change in the customer base.
