The October closures are a result of an increase in staffing attrition at the four stated locations. The remaining staff will transfer to other branch locations to assist with staffing needs. No associates will be displaced as a result of the October closings.

During the next 90 days, a team will begin to evaluate and determine staffing needs based on the December consolidations. Increased traffic in the consolidated locations, along with normal attrition at the Old National branches, will provide some opportunities for the employees affected by the closures. A special team of career support specialists has been established to provide resources to impacted employees, including personal career coaching, workshops and a networking group. Old National is also providing financial assistance, in the form of scholarship for courses at Ivy Tech should employees wish to enhance their current job skills or obtain new skills.

Clients of the consolidated branches will be notified of the changes by mail and through branch postings.
