Analogic Comments on Lawsuit Dismissal


PEABODY, Mass., Sept. 9, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Analogic Corporation (Nasdaq:ALOG), a leading provider of medical imaging and aviation security technology, today announced the settlement of a matter involving Neurologica Corporation and senior executives of that company. Earlier this year, Analogic had raised concerns that its intellectual property and other rights had been violated. These concerns have been resolved, and the matter has been settled. Terms of the settlement are confidential. A lawsuit filed by Neurologica in May, 2011 has been dismissed.
