Revolutions Medical Signs Binding Manufacturing Memorandum of Understanding With Yeso- Med

CHARLESTON, S.C., Sept. 13, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolutions Medical Corporation (OTCQB:RMCP) ("Revolutions Medical" or the "Company") recently signed a binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Wuxi Yushou Medical Appliances Co., Ltd. ("Yeso-med") on September 8, 2011, for the manufacturing and supply of the Company's proprietary RevVac safety syringes, including the 1ml, 3ml, 5ml and 10ml sizes. The MOU also provides Yeso-med with exclusive manufacturing rights in the People's Republic of China, as well as for the opportunity for direct distribution and sales.  Yeso-med has committed its new 215,000 sq. ft. production workshop for the RevVac safety syringe production lines. The new workshop will use 10 injection molding machines, four auto assembly machines and two printing machines solely for production of the RevVac safety syringes and has room to expand from its current 100,000,000 annual unit output capacity to 300,000,000 annual units by adding additional production lines.  The new production workshop is expected to come online in October of 2011. Both parties have agreed to present definitive documents by September 23, 2011, and to execute such documents by October 8, 2011.

"The level of financial commitment and dedication that Yeso-med has demonstrated towards the production of our proprietary RevVac auto retractable vacuum safety syringe makes me confident that Revolutions Medical has found a true strategic manufacturing partner. On my recent visit to China, I was able to tour the new workshop and came away very impressed," stated Ron Wheet, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Revolutions Medical.

Zhong Feng, General Manager of Yeso-med commented, saying "I am convinced that the RevVac Auto Retractable vacuum safety syringe has superior technology than any other safety syringe that I have seen. It has numerous advantages over the competition and I am confident in the manufacturing abilities of Yeso-med to produce a high quality product now and to increase production in the future as the market demands."

Revolutions Medical recently terminated its manufacturing agreement with Medical Investment Group, LLC, its former manufacturer and supplier for breach of contract.
