rights in NORMA Group AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to
2.84% (905,329 voting rights).

2.84% (905,329 voting rights) of these are attributed to Ameriprise
Financial Inc, in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
association with sent. 2 WpHG. 0.16% (49,649 voting rights) are attributed
to Ameriprise Financial Inc, also in accordance with section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.


2.) Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL, Luxembourg, Luxembourg 
On 07 September 2011, the stake of Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings
SARL in the voting rights in NORMA Group AG fell below the threshold of 3%
and amounted to 2.84% (905,329 voting rights).

2.84% (905,329 voting rights) of these are attributed to Threadneedle Asset
Management Holdings SARL, in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
6 in association with sent. 2 WpHG. 0.16% (49,649 voting rights) are
attributed to Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL, also in
accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

On 07 September 2011, the stake of Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings
Limited in the voting rights in NORMA Group AG fell below the threshold of
3% and amounted to 2.82% (899,970 voting rights).
