Reference is made to the previous stock exchange notices regarding the rights issue in PSI Group ASA, which was resolved by the extraordinary general meeting of the company on 1 August 2011. The capital increase in connection with the rights issue has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and, hence, the rights issue is completed.
The new share capital in the company is NOK 27,513,144.80, divided into 44,376,040 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.62.
The new shares will be delivered to subscribers registered in the VPS on 16 September 2011 (immediately following which such shares will be tradable on Oslo Børs), whilst subscribers registered in Euroclear Sweden will receive the new shares on 19 September 2011 (immediately following which such shares will be tradable on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm).
