On September 12, 2011, Angermayer, Brumm & Lange Unternehmensgruppe GmbH,
Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Heliad Equity
Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 20% threshold of the voting rights on September 7, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 15.14% (this corresponds to 1,657,353 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 15.14%
of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,657,353 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Altira Aktiengesellschaft.
