„Citadele Asset Management” IMJSC (hereinafter - Company) informs about amendments in basic documents of open investment fund „Citadele Eastern European Fixed Income Funds” made during the board meeting on 24th and 30th August 2011.
Amendments in the prospectus, simplified prospectus and management regulations of open investment fund „Citadele Eastern European Fixed Income Funds” which is under Company’s management, were made in response to changes in the investment policy of the sub-fund „Citadele Eastern European Balanced Fund”, which covers the transformation of the fund into a bond fund. Refinements were made also in the text of the fund prospectus, simplified prospectus and management regulations.
Amendments in the prospectus of open investment fund „Citadele Eastern European Fixed Income Funds” which is under the Company’s management were made due to changes in the structure of the investment committee of the fund, updating the news about the structure of the investment committee after the changes.
Amendments in the prospectus of Company’s investment funds shall enter into force after it’s registration in the Financial and Capital Market Commission, on 16th September 2011.
