Zogenix Prices Public Offering of Common Stock


SAN DIEGO, Sept. 16, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zogenix, Inc. (Nasdaq:ZGNX) announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 30,000,000 shares of its common stock at $2.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. Zogenix has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 4,500,000 additional shares of common stock. All shares of the common stock to be sold in the offering are being offered by Zogenix.

Leerink Swann LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, and Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
