On 19 September 2011, our company has received a correction of the
notification from 13 April 2011 according to section 21 para. 1 of the
German Secruities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) from

3i Investments plc, London, United Kingdom, has informed us in the name and
on behalf of 3i Group plc as follows:

On 12 April 2011, the stake of 3i Group plc in the voting rights in NORMA
Group AG fell below the threshold of 50 percent and amounted to 35.50%
(11,312,080 voting rights) on this date.

Thereby, 35.50% (11,312,080 voting rights) are attributed to 3i Group plc
in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. 35.21%
(11,217,882 voting rights) of the prior mentioned 35.50% (11,312,080 voting
rights) are also attributed to 3i Group plc in accordance with section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in association with sent. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed to 3i Group plc are held by the following
controlled companies which shares in the voting rights in NORMA Group AG
respectively exceed 3% or more:
* 3i Europartners IVa LP
* 3i Europartners IVb LP
* 3i Europartners IVc LP
* 3i EF4 GP Limited
* 3i Group Investments LP
* 3i Pan European Buyouts 2004-06 LP
* 3i Investments GP Limited
* 3i Holdings plc

The following shareholders, whose stakes in the voting rights in NORMA
Group AG respectively exceed 3% or more, thereby attribute voting rights to
3i Group plc:
* 3i Europartners IVa LP
* 3i Europartners IVb LP
* 3i Europartners IVc LP
* 3i Group Investments LP 
* 3i Pan European Buyouts 2004-06 LP
