On September 20, 2011, Mr Stephan Brühl, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on MISTRAL Media AG, Köln, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% and
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 17, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 0.396% (this corresponds to 14950 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.396%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 14950 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Brühl.
