1. Brickell Investments SL, Madrid, Spain has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on JAXX
SE, Kiel, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0JRU67, WKN: A0JRU6, fell below the 5%
limit of the Voting Rights on September 13, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 4.90% (this corresponds to 1,187,034 Voting Rights). 0.28% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 67,198 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
the company according to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG.

2. Mr Sascha Badelt, Spain has informed us according to Article 21, Section
1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on JAXX SE, Kiel, Germany,
ISIN: DE000A0JRU67, WKN: A0JRU6, fell below the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on September 13, 2011 and on that day amounted to 4.90% (this
corresponds to 1,187,034 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section
2, WpHG, 4.76% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1,153,435 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Badelt. And thereof, according to Article
22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.62% of the Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 1,119,836 Voting Rights) is also to be attributed to
Mr Badelt via Brickell Investments SL.

of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on JAXX SE, Kiel, Germany,
ISIN: DE000A0JRU67, WKN: A0JRU6, fell below the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on September 13, 2011 and on that day amounted to 4.90% (this
corresponds to 1,187,034 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section
2, WpHG, 4.76% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1,153,435 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Mieres. And thereof, according to Article
