Skanska sells properties in Malmö and Gothenburg for SEK 216 M

Skanska sells a logistics property in Burlöv, Malmö, and a business
property at Hisings Backa, Gothenburg. The selling price amounts to SEK
216 M, and the result will be included in the earnings for the third
quarter. Buyer is AxFast AB and the transfer of the property will take
place in the third quarter.

The logistics property consists of three buildings for storage, cargo
terminal and offices, comprising about 15,000 square meters. The
property was completed in 2008 and is fully rented to TransFargo. The
business property is consisting of a building comprising about 1,800
square meters. This property was completed in 2009 and is fully rented
to ABB. The transfer is scheduled to take place on September 22, 2011.

”This deal follows AxFast strategy to build a modern, sustainable and
flexible logistics portfolio in the Öresund region, Gothenburg,
Norrköping and Stockholm,” says Erik Lindvall, CEO at AxFast.

”The sale is reaffirming the demand for logistics properties from the
investor market. The deal also shows an increased appeal for our green
niche properties”, says Micko Pettersson, President of Skanska Property
Gothenburg.
