informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Conergy AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 22, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 2.94% (this corresponds to 4702745 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.003%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5420 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
