Den 12 oktober 2010 observationsnoterades aktierna i SRAB Shipping AB (”Bolaget”) eftersom det förelåg osäkerheter om bolagets ekonomiska situation och kontrollbalansräkning skulle upprättas. På den andra kontrollstämman den 8 juni 2011 beslutades att inte försätta bolaget i likvidation eftersom kontrollbalansräkningen som upprättats per den 30 april och granskats av bolagets revisor utvisade att det, efter åtgärder som vidtagits efter första kontrollstämman den 2 december 2010, fanns full täckning för det registrerade aktiekapitalet. Bolaget har per den 16 september 2011 lämnat uppgifter till NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB om att bolaget har tillräckligt kapital för den kommande tolvmånadersperioden.
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i SRAB Shipping AB (SRAB, ISIN-kod SE0003084193, orderboks-ID 37730) ska tas bort. Observationsnoteringen tas bort fr.o.m. den 28 september 2011.
The shares of SRAB Shipping AB (the Company) were placed on the observation segment on October 12, 2010 after the Company announced that it was to prepare a control balance sheet for liquidation purposes. On the second general meeting for these purposes on June 8, 2011, it was decided not to put the company into liquidation. The control balance sheet prepared on April 30, 2011, reviewed by the auditors, showed that the share capital was restored. The Company has as of September 16, 2011 provided the Exchange with information that the Company has sufficient capital for the next twelve months.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in SRAB Shipping AB (ISIN code SE0003084193 and order book ID 37730) will be removed with effect from September 28, 2011.
