PV Enterprise Sweden AB offentliggjorde den 27 september 2011 ett pressmeddelande med information om att bolagets styrelse beslutat att kontrollbalansräkning ska upprättats för bolaget då balansposten Uppskjutna skattefordringar ska skrivas ner. PV Enterprise Sweden AB published on September 27, 2011 a press release with information about the board of directors’ decision to establish a control balance sheet to determine if the Company has sufficient share capital since the Company’s balance sheets post referring to that the value of Deferred tax will be written down. The Board therefore believes that the company’s equity is less than half of the registered share capital.
