DENVER, Pa., Sept. 27, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Codima Inc. (Pink Sheets:CDMA) is pleased to announce that it has filed an application with FINRA for a 1.1 for 1 forward stock split with an effective date of September 29, 2011.
Shareholders of record on the date effected will receive additional shares in CDMA equal to 10% of their holdings in CDMA common stock at that time. Fractional shares will be rounded up in favor of the shareholder.
Prospective shareholders have until the end of market on Wednesday, September 28th to purchase shares in order to qualify for the forward split and receive 10% additional shares.
