Former Williams Specialty Services Employee Indicted

John Delk Charged With Falsifying Inspection and Measurement Reports


TUCKER, Ga., Sept. 27, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Williams Specialty Services, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Williams Industrial Services Group, LLC, learned on September 27 that a former employee and supervisor, John Delk, has been charged by federal prosecutors with falsifying inspection and measurement reports relating to work previously performed at Tennessee Valley Authority's Watts Bar nuclear plant. At the time of the alleged incident, Mr. Delk was an employee of Williams, however, his employment ended in September 2010. 

 "Williams learned of the indictment from press reports" stated Kenneth Robuck, President of Williams Industrial Services Group. "Williams does not have additional information related to the indictment and we cannot comment further on this matter," he continued.

Through its own internal control processes, Williams identified the documentation issue and took immediate, appropriate actions. All necessary corrective steps have now been taken to eliminate potential future risks associated with this matter.
