Lake Havasu City Launches New Tourism Website


LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ--(Marketwire - Sep 27, 2011) - The Lake Havasu City Convention and Visitors Bureau recently launched a new interactive tourism website, GoLakeHavasu.com, designed to help visitors easily plan vacations, events, and trips in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Known as "Arizona's Playground" and home to the famous London Bridge, Lake Havasu City offers 360 days of Sonoran Desert fun. With dynamic new graphics and database interfaces, the city's new tourism website effectively connects travelers to all the things to do in Arizona in and around Lake Havasu City.

Site visitors can easily find and choose from the many fun things to do in Arizona as well as search for the perfect meal and accommodations by type, price or even by part of town. Integrated Google Maps make finding destinations and events easier for the city's thousands of yearly visitors.

Each interior page on the new website features links to Lake Havasu City's Twitter and Facebook pages as well as Facebook "Like" buttons and a "Share" toolbar. These social sharing tools help the Lake Havasu City CVB spread the word about the features and fun to be found in "Arizona's Playground."

Designed and programmed by Little Rock-based digital agency, Aristotle Interactive, the site also features resources and information geared toward event and meeting planners.
