AS Eesti Ajalehed, the subsidiary of AS Ekspress Grupp, signed a foundation resolution of a new undertaking with a business name OÜ Hea Lugu. The founder of OÜ Hea Lugu has 100% shareholding in the founded private limited company. The share capital of OÜ Hea Lugu is EUR 2 500. The primary activity of the private limited company is book publishing.
The Chief Executive of OÜ Hea Lugu is Arvo Pihl. From 2001 until 2010, Arvo Pihl served as the Chief Executive Officer of AS Apollo Raamatud and from 2010 to 2011 as the Head of the book and movie trade division in AS Rautakirja Estonia.
The members of the Supervisory Board of OÜ Hea Lugu are Gunnar Kobin, Andre Veskimeister, Pirje Raidma and Kadi Lambot.
According to the rules of Tallinn Stock Exchange, the foundation of the new undertaking is considered as a related party transaction as the founder of the undertaking is a subsidiary of AS Ekspress Grupp.
Arvo Pihl does not own any shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
