Stock exchange release 29 September 2011 at 9.25
A total of 387,800,767 new Tiimari Plc’s shares issued and subscribed for in the emissions decided by the Tiimari Plc’s Board of Directors on 30th August 2011 (The Rights Issue and the Directed Issue) have today been registered into the Trade Register. The new amount of Tiimari Plc’s registered shares is 404,275,522 shares.
The entire subscription price of the new shares will be entered into the Company’s invested unrestricted equity reserve. The share capital of Tiimari Plc is EUR 7,686,200.00.
