sec. 1 WpHG on its own behalf as well as on behalf of Dr. Bernard gr.
Broermann, Germany, as follows:
Since September 26, 2011, Asklepios Kliniken Gesellschaft mit beschränkter
Haftung, holds no financial instruments, which entitle it to take up shares
of MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft, OkenstraÃe 27, 77652 Offenburg, Germany. At
that day Asklepios Kliniken Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung crossed
below the threshold of 50%, 30%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% of voting rights in
regard to the respective financial instruments. Its proportion of voting
rights from financial instruments is therefore 0% (equivalent to 0 voting
rights).
Since September 26, 2011, Dr. Bernard gr. Broermann, holds no financial
instruments, which entitle him to take up shares of MEDICLIN
Aktiengesellschaft, OkenstraÃe 27, 77652 Offenburg, Germany. At that day
Dr. Bernard gr. Broermann crossed below the threshold of 50%, 30%, 20%,
15%, 10% and 5% of voting rights in regard to the respective financial
instruments. His proportion of voting rights from financial instruments is
therefore 0% (equivalent to 0 voting rights).
As of September 27, 2011, Asklepios Kliniken Gesellschaft mit beschränkter
Haftung, 22307 Hamburg, Germany, has informed us pursuant to article 21
sec. 1 WpHG on it's own behalf as well as on behalf of Dr. Bernard gr.
Broermann, Germany, as follows:
As of September 26, 2011, the percentage holding of voting rights of
Asklepios Kliniken Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung in MEDICLIN
Aktiengesellschaft, OkenstraÃe 27, 77652 Offenburg, Germany, exceeded the
threshold 50 % and amounted to 52.73 % (equivalent to 25,046,608 voting
rights) at that day. Thereof voting rights in the amount of 30.75 %
(equivalent to 14,605,318 voting rights) are attributable to Asklepios
Kliniken Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung pursuant to article 22 sec.
1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
The voting rights attributable to Asklepios Kliniken Gesellschaft mit
beschränkter Haftung pursuant to article 22 sec.1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG are
attributable to the following shareholder whose voting rights in MEDICLIN
Aktiengesellschaft amount to 3% or more: Asklepios Kliniken
Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
In the process the percentage holding of voting rights of 18.01 %
(equivalent to 8,556,897 voting rights) was purchased via exercising the
right pursuant to article 25 sec. 1 WpHG to purchase shares of MEDICLIN
Aktiengesellschaft.
As of September 27, 2011, the percentage holding of voting rights of Dr.
Bernard gr. Broermann in MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft, OkenstraÃe 27, 77652
Offenburg, Germany, exceeded the threshold 50% and amounted to 52.73 %
(equivalent to 25,046,608 voting rights) at that day. Thereof voting rights
in the amount of 52.73 % are attributable to Dr. Bernard gr. Broermann,
pursuant to article 22 sec. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
The voting rights attributable to Dr. Bernard gr. Broermann, pursuant to
article 22 sec.1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG are attributable to the following
shareholder whose voting rights in MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft amount to 3%
or more: Asklepios Kliniken Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH and Asklepios
Kliniken Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung.
In the process the percentage holding of voting rights of 18.01 %
(equivalent to 8,556,897 voting rights) was purchased via exercising the
right pursuant to article 25 sec. 1 WpHG to purchase shares of MEDICLIN
Aktiengesellschaft.
As of September 26, 2011, Provinzial Rheinland Lebensversicherung AG Die
Versiche-rung der Sparkassen, 40591 Düsseldorf, Germany, has informed us
pursuant to article 21, sec. 1 of the WpHG that the percentage holding of
voting rights in MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft, OkenstraÃe 27, 77652
Offenburg, Germany, crossed below the threshold of 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% of
the voting rights on September 26, 2011 and amounted to 0 % (equivalent to
0 voting rights) at that day.
