Reduction of number of shares and votes in Intrum Justitia

The reduction of share capital by means of cancellation of shares resolved upon on March 31, 2011 by the annual general meeting in Intrum Justitia has now been concluded after the Swedish Companies Registrations Office’s approval of the reduction as per September 20, 2011.

Intrum Justitia’s share capital has thereby been decreased with SEK 5,000, by means of cancellation of the 250,000 shares repurchased to hedge the performance-based share program resolved at the annual general meeting 2008. After the decrease, Intrum Justitia’s share capital amounts to SEK 1,594,893.02. As per September 20, 2011, there are 79,744,651 shares and votes in the company.

After this, Intrum Justitia holds no own shares.
