Publication of changes to the total numbers of shares and votes in
Betsson AB (publ)

 

Following the new issue consummated as part of Betsson AB's (publ)
(”Betsson”) payment of additional purchase price in relation to the
acquisition of Betsafe, the total numbers of shares and votes as of
September 30 th, 2011 amount to 41,394,392 and 90,174,392, respectively,
divided into 5,420,000 shares of series A with ten votes each and
35,974,392 shares of series B with one vote each.

As of September 1st, 2011 the total number of shares and votes in
Betsson amounted to 40,337,989 and 89,117,989, respectively, divided
into 5,420,000 shares of series A with ten votes each and 34,917,989
shares of series B with one vote each. Consequently, during September
2011 the total number of shares and votes has increased by 1,056,403
shares and votes. All new shares are of series B.
