On September 28, 2011, Mr Robert Lorenz-Meyer, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Lloyd Fonds Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 02, 2011 and on that
day amounted to 4.99% (this corresponds to 635207 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.99% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 635207 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Lorenz-Meyer  via Ernst Russ GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg,
Deutschland and  Ernst Russ Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Hamburg,
Deutschland.
