CHANGE IN THE HOLDING OF YIT’S OWN SHARES
YIT Corporation has received a return of 1,778 shares free of consideration accordingly to the terms and conditions of YIT’s share-based incentive scheme. Originally the shares were conveyed to YIT’s key persons in connection with the reward payment from the 2010 earning period under the share-based incentive scheme for 2010-2016.
After the return of the shares YIT hold a total of 1,951,392 of its own shares at the end of September 2011.
