Instead of the previously registered issue of ordinary registered shares, the size of which was 27 153 793 registered shares, the issue of 3 126 000 ordinary registered shares was registered, i.e. 24 027 793 ordinary registered shares were annulled.
The shares issue of the Company consists of 3 126 000 ordinary registered shares with the nominal value of each share amounting to LTL 1.
