A separate ISIN code was assigned to the issue of the new shares of the Company that were issued during the increase of the authorised capital of the Company – LT0000128589. The new shares of the Company that were issued during the increase of the authorised capital of the Company are not going to be admitted to trading on a stock exchange in the near future.
The Company currently has outstanding 20,000,000 ordinary registered shares with the par value of LTL 1 (one) each:
- 3,126,000 ordinary registered shares, with the issue ISIN code LT0000128266, which are traded on the Vilnius stock exchange;
- 16,874,000 ordinary registered shares, with the issue ISIN code LT0000128589 which are not admitted to trading on a stock exchange.
