Vilnius, Lithuania, 2011-10-10 19:18 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 10 October, President of the Republic of Lithuania has signed amendments to the Heat Sector Law. As a result of these amendments AB City Service will not be able to act as a part of ICOR group from 1 July, 2012.
This May shareholders have decided to sell the Company and this process is ongoing. If the process remains active until the date determined by the law (1 July, 2012), ICOR group will have to be divided.
