The threshold that was crossed – 75%, the reason for crossing the threshold – increase of the authorised capital of the controlling company of ANYKSCIU VYNAS AB, company group ALITA, AB according to the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of 3 October 2011 (date of conclusion of the share subscription agreement – 6 October 2011), as well as the arrangements of current shareholders of the company group ALITA, AB, FR&R Invest IGA S.A. and Vytautas Junevičius of 7 September 2011 in connection therewith.
