Keller Rohrback L.L.P. Announces Investigation of Avaira Toric Contact Lenses Manufactured by CooperVision Inc.


SEATTLE, Oct. 12, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Attorney Advertising. Keller Rohrback L.L.P. (www.krclassaction.com) announces that it is investigating reports of eye problems associated with the use of Avaira Toric contact lenses. The lenses were recalled in August due to unidentifiable residue that remains on the eye after the lenses are removed. Several Avaira Toric lens wearers have complained of blurry vision and some have even reported torn corneas. The lenses are manufactured by CooperVision Inc., a subsidiary of Cooper Companies, and are sold at various stores, including Costco, Wal-Mart and LensCrafters.
