Tallinn, Estonia, 2011-10-13 09:05 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Supervisory Board of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn AS approved the resignation letter of the Management Board member Kaidi Ruusalepp and elected Eddi Joost as a new member of the Management Board starting October 24, 2011.
Eddi Joost has graduated from Estonian Business School and has a Bachelor´s degree in economics. He has worked in Swedbank in the field of corporate finance for 12 years, also building up Baltic Financial Restructuring and Recovery division in Estonia. During the past few years, Eddi Joost has worked as a financial adviser, specialising on strategic financial advisory, capital structuring and M&A’s.
