In connection with the update of the interest spread of an ISIN, an amendment has been made to the "Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of mortgage bonds in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre D, series 40D (Non-callable, DKKdenominated amortisable floating-rate capped or non-capped bonds)".
The amendment to the final terms for series 40D appears from Appendix 1.
