Transmode's Nomination Committee for 2012 has been appointed


Stockholm, Sweden - 14 October 2011

At the extraordinary general meeting on 7 April 2011, it was decided that
Transmode at the annual general meeting 2012 shall have a nomination committee
consisting of four members, one to be appointed by each of the three
shareholders controlling the greatest number of votes and the chairman of the
Board of Directors. Transmode's nomination committee for the 2012 Annual General
Meeting consists of Tom Nyman (POD Venture Partners AB), Olle Nordström (Amadeus
Capital Partners Ltd.), Mats Andersson (Nordeas fonder) and Kent Sander
(chairman of the Board of Directors at Transmode Holding AB).

The nomination committee's task is to present proposals to the Annual General
Meeting for Chairman of the Annual General Meeting, Chairman of the Board of
Directors, members of the Board of Directors and auditors, as well as fees and
other remuneration to each member of the board and any remuneration for
committee work and audit fees. Furthermore, the nomination committee shall make
a proposal for nomination procedure for the nomination committee for the annual
general meeting 2013.

Shareholders wishing to make proposals to the nomination committee can do so by
e-mail to NominationCommittee@transmode.com . At the first meeting of the
Nomination Committee the Chairman of the Nomination Committee will be appointed
and contact details will be posted on Transmode's website.
