On October 13, 2011, Ms Isabella de Krassny, Austria, has informed us
according to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that via shares her Voting Rights
on Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold
of the Voting Rights on September 28, 2011, and on that day amounted to
7.99% (this corresponds to 4638000 Voting Rights).

According to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 of the WpHG, 7.99% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 4638000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
Ms de Krassny from Maseltov Ltd.
