Fujitsu Technology Solutions (Holding) B.V. has issued the following
disclosure pursuant to Section 21, Subsection 1 (1) of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG): On 17 October 2011 the voting rights held in
TDS Informationstechnologie Aktiengesellschaft, Konrad-Zuse-StraÃe 16,
74172 Neckarsulm, Germany, by Fujitsu Technology Solutions (Holding) B.V.,
Maarssen, Netherlands, exceeded the threshold values of 3 per cent, 5 per
cent, 10 per cent, 15 per cent, 20 per cent, 25 per cent, 30 per cent, 50
per cent and 75 per cent, totalling 82.66 per cent on this day (24,276,136
voting rights).
Pursuant to Section 22, Subsection 1 (1) of the German Securities Trading
Act (WpHG), 82.66 per cent of voting rights (24,276,136) are allocated to
Fujitsu Technology Solutions (Holding) B.V. The voting rights of Fujitsu
Technology Solutions (Holding) B.V. are held by its subsidiary Fujitsu
Services Overseas Holdings Limited, London, UK, which has voting rights in
TDS Informationstechnologie Aktiengesellschaft totalling 3 per cent or
more.
