the threshold of 3% on October 13, 2011, and amounted to 2.32% (1,152,528
voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 2.32%
(1,152,528 voting rights) are to be attributed to Varna Capital Management
LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
2. On October 17, 2011, Svetlana Lee, New York, USA, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that her percentage of voting rights in KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG, Cologne, Germany, fell below the threshold
of 3% on October 13, 2011, and amounted to 2.32% (1,152,528 voting rights)
as per this date. Of these voting rights, a total of 2.32% (1,152,528
voting rights) are to be attributed to her pursuant to section 22 (1) sent.
