„Citadele Asset Management” IPAS (hereinafter – Company) hereby informs that on October 17, 2011 in the Executive Board meeting was adopted the amendments to prospectuses of investment funds under the management of Company.
In the prospectuses of funds: OIF „Citadele Eastern Europe Fixed Income Fund”, OIF „Citadele Ukrainian Equity Fund”, OIF „Citadele Russian Equity Fund”, OIF „Citadele Caspian Sea Equity Fund”, OIF “Citadele Strategic Allocation Funds” and CIF „Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund – II” which are under the Company’s management, were made amendments in accordance with changes in the structure of the Council of the Company.
Amendments to the prospectuses of investment funds under the management of “Citadele Asset Management” IPAS became effective on October 17, 2011.
