DIAGNOS Announces Agreement to Analyse Plan North of Quebec Exploration Data

BROSSARD, QUEBEC, CANADA--(Marketwire - Oct. 25, 2011) - DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge-extraction techniques, is pleased to announce the signature of a services agreement with an undisclosed strategic partner located in Ontario, Canada, for a value of C$540,000 in data analysis and C$3,000,000 of field work commitment for 2012.

DIAGNOS will use its proprietary Computer Aided Resource Detection System (CARDS) to target the mineral potential of the remote, sparsely staked northern portion of the province of Quebec. The work will consist of compiling, processing, and merging available geological, geochemical, geophysical, and topographical data as well as satellite imagery of the area. DIAGNOS will also acquire data sets contingent to the new road development that the Quebec government announced in March 2011 as part of the "Plan Nord". As stated on the official Plan Nord website; "Mining operations are a major component of the economy of Northern Québec and Québec as a whole. Northern Québec produces all of Québec's nickel, cobalt, platinum group metals, zinc, iron ore and ilmenite, and accounts for a significant portion of gold production. Lithium, vanadium and rare-earth metals, used increasingly in numerous fields related to energy, transportation and high technology, are also found there. In addition, the territory has high potential for uranium and diamonds, as development projects in the Otish Mountains region reveal".

"We have been working on this project for the last 12 months and are very pleased to partner with an organisation that values the opportunity of the Plan North. We will be analysing almost 64,000 square kilometres of land. This is the largest data analysis contract we have ever done." noted André Larente, President and CEO of Diagnos.
