As required by § 185(1) of the Securities Market Act, on 24 October 2011, AS LHV Varahaldus (registry code 10572453) have informed the Company that the funds controlled by AS LHV Varahaldus have increased their shareholding in AS Ekspress Grupp to 6.53%. After the transactions carried out on 19 October 2011, the funds controlled by AS LHV Varahaldus control 1 946 941 shares of AS Ekspress Grupp. The Issuer is required to notify the stock exchange of changes in substantial ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
