Skanska makes its first land investment for residential development in
Poland

Skanska has acquired plot located at Ostrobramska Street in Warsaw,
Poland, for a residential development project. The size of the plot is 6
900 square meters. 

The plot is located in an already established and very attractive
residential area in Warsaw, the Prague district at Ostrobramska Street.
It is conveniently situated approximately 5 kilometers from Warsaw city
center and offers easy access to public transportation. It is also close
to ‘Promenada', one of the largest shopping centers in Warsaw.

Skanska Residential Development Poland is a newly established business
unit within Skanska. Already active in Poland are Skanska Property
Poland, Skanska Infrastructure Development and Skanska SA is one of the
largest construction companies in Poland, with sales of SEK 9 billion in
2010 and about 6,800 employees.
