NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has declared MF Global UK Limited in default under the Rules & Regulations of NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets and NASDAQ OMX Nordic Member Rules. The reason for the default is that the UK Financial Services Authority (UK FSA) has given notice that MF Global UK Limited, following a decision taken by the board of MF Global UK Limited, has been placed under the UK Special Administration Regime (SAR).
