On October 31, 2011, Augur Financial Holding V S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg
has informed us according to section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its voting rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the voting rights on
December 21, 2010 and on that day amounted to 9.52% (this corresponds to
1,030,557 voting rights).

According to section 22,  para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG, 9.52% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 1,030,557 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company from LRI Invest S.A..
