according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on HAMBORNER REIT AG, Duisburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on February 24, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 3.05% (this corresponds to 1039566 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.05% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1039566 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  via LRI Invest S.A. and  Augur Financial Holding
