Groupon, Inc., a local e-commerce marketplace that connects merchants to consumers by offering goods and services at a discount, will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square in celebration of their initial public offering (IPO), which will take place today, November 4, on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.

In honor of the occasion, Andrew Mason, founder and chief executive officer of Groupon will ring the Opening Bell.
